We are an established construction company based in Akbuk Turkey, We build villas in Akbuk and Greenhill (Yesiltepe) areas since 2009.

How off-plan process works?

First, you contact us, and we arrange an inspection trip for you for up to a week.

With our inspection trip, you purchase your flight tickets, then we come and meet you at the airport and arrange accommodation.

We show you the villas that we previously completed and the available plots.

Once you choose the plot, we purchase it for you, and then we start the legal process to get a building license (it usually takes 3 to 5 months) as soon as the license is up, we start building and make it ready to move in about 12 months time.

Our standards of buildings are;

Double glazed Windows, mosquito nets, electric shutters, fireplace in the living room, fitted kitchen, Electric water heater (boiler), spotlighted ceilings, alarm system, poolside shower, pool filled and ready to use, Garden to be ready with grass and trees.
