At Altinkum Dream Homes, we pride ourselves on our excellent after-sales service. Our office is open twelve months of the year so we are always on hand when you need us.
Once you have purchased your property, we will take you to get your tax number and open up a bank account. We are also available to take you shopping for furniture, curtains, white goods, etc. if you require our help.
Don’t like shopping? Just let us know what you need, and your budget and we can do it for you. Furniture Packages are also available.
It’s nice to know your property is safe when you are not here, so we offer a key holding service. This includes checking your property regularly and opening windows to let in the fresh air. Should any problems arise we will contact you and inform the builder to get them sorted. There is no charge for this service.
When you want to come out to your villa or just want to visit, we can help you find the best flights and also carry out your return transfers, we will always turn up on time and will not let you down.
